PRODUCT STANDARDS

All of our time capsules are made from 304 grade stainless steel. 304 is proven to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion and is extremely durable. Tungsten inert gas welding is the only welding process we use on our time capsules.

TESTING

Prior to completion are capsules are hydrostically or pressure tested to ensure complete sealing.

ARGON CHARGING

Once you have filled your capsule, you might choose to have it argon-charged. The process of argon charging the packed capsule, removes the air and leaves a completely inert atmosphere in which mould cannot survive and oxidation within the capsule is not possible. If you are storing your capsule for more than 15 years we recommend Argon charging.  The process can be completed by maintenance workers, engineering workshops or refrigeration specialists. Instructions are supplied with your capsule.

PACKING & SEALING

All capsules come complete with a neoprene seal, top bolts, dome nuts (304 grade), lubricant and simple instructions to seal your capsule once your contents are packed. If you are placing  documents into your capsule we recommend printing on acid free paper.  Which is readily available at stationary shops.

PAYMENT

We accept direct deposit, credit card or cheque payments. Please note credit cards attract a 2% processing fee. Payment must be received in full prior to shipping.

FREIGHT

We ship our capsules all over Australia and the world. Once you've chosen your capsule size we will provide a quote to deliver to your door.
